If we repeal health insurance, can they do auto and home insurance too?

What is the difference? I don't see anyone talking about repealing auto insurance, or how it's going to destroy America by requiring EVERYONE WHO DRIVES A CAR to have it. Isn't it my American right to drive fast and crash into a tree?
