I want to get my license because it is something that I need to get out of the way now. I don't have a car or plan on driving until I can even afford auto insurance but this summer is the only time I have free to get my license. I'm 20 and in college. My mom said that until I'm 21 that I would have to go under her insurance automatically...even though I don't have a car or plan on driving at college...that's the only reason I'm confused as to why i'd have to pay. Her insurance would go up if I don't plan on driving.
