I got in an accident on the 20th, not my fault, and now it's the 25th. My car is not drivable and is sitting in the repair shop lot. I was promised a rental car from the Insurance company. But It has been 5 days since the accident -- that's 5 days without a car and I commute! So how long does it usually take to get the rental? The Insurance has accepted liability and specifically told me I am entitled to a rental.
