I need to know the average malpractice insurance for neurosurgeons in different states.I want to practice in a state where the insurance isn't so expensive.I live in NYC and here,the insurance is almost $100000.I prefer going to another city than giving all that money for the insurance.I never had any problem in my career and I don't need this type of insurance. Can you help me? PS. I am paid very well,but I don't like spending money on things that I don't need.
