MRIs: What do insurance companies usually pay and, if no insurance, how much you gotta pay in cash?

I know that the MRI places can charge $15-1600 or more and that the insurance companies don't pay that much. What do insurance companies pay? And if you don't have insurance, how much do you pay the MRI place?
