We live in NY state. I am considering pet sitting in my home as a side business. How do I go about finding out what insurance I would need? I want to protect myself from liability in case the dog I am watching bites someone or destroys property. Also, if you know what type of license or permits I would need or where to find out about those in NY state, I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Thanks.
