Is there any auto insurance that wont charge me loads of cash in my state?

So im 17, new driver, and getting a 1988 monte carlo ss. i know it doesnt sound to pretty but is there any auto insurance at all that wont charge me shit loads? The lowest one i saw was 507 a month, not to pretty=/
