Recently got into a minor accident and forgot to take down the name of the other party's auto insurance. The policy number has a format of ###-######-10/18. Calls to their phone number are also not being answered so any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, this occured in Los Angeles and the car had a CA plate as well if that's any help.
