I just finished cleaning out an OLD box of junk of my Husband's, and inside was a check from 2002 from his Auto Insurance Co. that he never cashed. The check is a refund of PREMIUM due to him after he cancelled his policy. Will he be able to contact the insurance co. and just have them mail him out a fresh check?
