Why is health insurance going to the supreme court but mandatory auto insurance is ok?

All this rage and debate about having to buy health care but having to buy auto insurance doesn't seem to be a problem.It does the same thing, all of the insurance isn't really well, they cost about the same, can charge you whatever they want and can get away without paying as long as they claim both drivers are at fault
