I was hit by a semi on a highway, i called the police and they filled out a report with only my statement and the truck drivers. The police report did not put the blame on anybody. I have a $1000 deductable and the damages are at about $1100 dollars. How can I get their insurance to pay for the damages? they are giving me the run around. can i sue them in small claims court in Texas?
