Okay I was in an accident. And it was my fault so I let the other person call their insurance company and give them my info. But this was like a week ago and my company still says there has been no claim reported. I thought that if it was your fault, you could just let the other person call their company, and that company would contact your insurance company... is this how im supposed to handle this? what should I do?
