I am looking to insure a small apartment complex 6 units. I have had several quotes from brokers telling me I need a commercial insurance. In reading the terms, it does not meet my needs. Can any other apartment complex owners/managers share experience? What types of insurance and suggest a contact? Thanks The property in located in the State of WA.
