How do I file an auto insurance claim for the damages to my car?

I just got in a car accident. The other driver is at fault. I want their insurance to repair the damages to my car. Does this mean I must file a claim? Also do I call the other driver's insurance or my insurance to file a claim? Thank you, Hugo
