What would you do . . . a) Pay the fine and take the Defensive driving course - It doesn't go on your driving record b) Go to court and gamble - if the officer shows up you pay and it goes on your record, your auto insurance goes up- if the officer doesn't show up you record remains clean, you don't pay - case dismissed
